Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content & activity

No illegal content; no content that exploits or harms minors; no harassment, hate, or incitement to violence; no malware or instructions to cause real-world harm.

No attempts to generate prompts designed to bypass the safety systems of downstream AI providers.

Fair use & abuse

No circumventing rate limits, quotas, or anti-abuse measures (e.g. rotating identities to exceed free limits). No automated scraping of the web app — use the official API when it is available.

No reselling, white-labeling, or redistributing the service without a written agreement.

Enforcement

Prompts are automatically screened before processing. Illegal or policy-violating requests — child sexual abuse material above all — are blocked and never sent to a model. We log only metadata about a block (category and a hashed identity), never the prompt content.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and may remove access without refund for serious or repeated violations.
