The service

pixiy transforms raw prompts into structured, target-AI-optimized prompts and suggests relevant tools. Output is generated by third-party AI models and is provided for your use.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no illegal, harmful, or abusive use, and no attempts to circumvent rate limits or resell the service without permission.

Plans, billing and credits

Paid plans (Plus, Pro) and credit top-ups are billed through our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Prices may change with notice.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the enhanced prompts you receive. pixiy retains ownership of the service, software, and brand.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing it before use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pixiy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes and update the "last updated" date; continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country in which you live: if you are a consumer, you keep the right to rely on, and to bring proceedings under, the law of your country of residence.

Where required, we aim to resolve disputes informally first — please contact us and we will try to settle the matter in good faith before any formal proceedings.
