Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available for pixiy subscriptions and credit top-ups.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

If you are charged in error or experience a service failure, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund in good faith.

Credit top-ups

One-time credit packs are consumable. Unused credits may be refundable within 14 days of purchase; credits already spent are non-refundable.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence. Where you are an EU/UK consumer, you acknowledge that pixiy is digital content supplied on demand: by starting to use the service you ask us to begin performance immediately and accept that your statutory right of withdrawal is lost once a credit or enhancement has been consumed.

How to request

Email us with your account email and the charge details. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record provider; refunds are issued through them to your original payment method.
